• The Odisha government executed a major bureaucratic reshuffle, transferring 21 IAS officers in Bhubaneswar on February 5.
• DK Singh received additional charge of the Steel and Mines Department.
• Surendra Kumar was appointed ACS of GA&PG Department with additional charge of Parliamentary Affairs.
• Bishnupada Sethi, previously OSD, is now Chairman of OFDC and Chief Administrator of KBK region.
• Arabinda Kumar Padhee appointed ACS of Revenue and Disaster Management, retaining his role as Chief Administrator of SJTA, Puri.
