• Opposition members staged a walkout from Rajya Sabha on Monday.
• The walkout was in protest of LoP Mallikarjun Kharge not being allowed to speak.
• Kharge attempted to raise the issue of Rahul Gandhi not being allowed to speak in Lok Sabha.
• Chairman C P Radhakrishnan did not permit Kharge to discuss Lok Sabha matters, stating it wouldn't be recorded.
• Earlier, Kharge also questioned Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal's statement outside Parliament during session.
