OZi Secures USD 6.2 Million in Series A Funding Led by RTP Global

•OZi, a quick-commerce platform for baby and kids products, raised USD 6.2 million in a Series A funding round.
•The round was led by RTP Global, with participation from existing investors Blume Ventures, Huddle Ventures, and Zeropearl VC.
•This follows a USD 3.3 million seed funding round in October 2025, led by Blume Ventures.
•Angel investors include Kishore Biyani and founders from Unacademy, Mosaic Wellness, Livspace, Vetic, Magicpin, Spinny, Pristyn Care, and Handpicked.
•The new capital will be used to expand presence in Gurugram and NCR, strengthen brand, invest in technology, and broaden product assortment.
