Pak Court Jails 4 Defence Ministry Employees for Leaking Secrets to Russia

•A special court in Pakistan sentenced four defence ministry employees to jail terms for providing secret information to Russia.
•The Official Secrets Act Court (Islamabad) announced the judgment last Friday.
•Safdarur Rehman received a 10-year sentence, while Tafzeelur Rehman, Muhammad Waqar, and Muhammad Tahir were each jailed for five years.
•Two other employees, Mujtaba and Muhammad Ashfaq, were acquitted due to lack of evidence.
•The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had registered a case against the six employees last year.
