Police Constable Abducted, Shot Dead in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

• A police constable, Dastgir, was abducted from his home and later shot dead by armed militants in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan.
• The incident occurred in the Nasar Khel area, on the outskirts of Sarai Naurang tehsil in Bannu district.
• Militants subjected Dastgir's family to violence, set his house on fire, and held them hostage before abducting him.
• Dastgir was killed in the Dargey area, and his house and belongings were completely destroyed in the arson attack.
• The constable was undergoing training at Hangu Police Training Centre and was in the area for polio vaccination duties.
