President Murmu Launches Free Pink Mobility Card for Delhi Women, Two Free LPG Cylinders

•President Droupadi Murmu launched the Pink National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) for free bus travel for women in Delhi.
•The scheme, part of “Sashakt Nari, Samriddh Delhi,” also includes two free LPG cylinders annually for ration card holders.
•The Pink Card enables free travel on DTC buses and paid access to Metro, RRTS, and other public transport.
•Three types of mobility cards will be issued: Pink for women, Blue for general commuters, and Orange for monthly pass users.
•The Pink Card, provided free by the Delhi government, will replace paper tickets, offering touch-free travel and digital records.
