Punjab Cabinet Clears Supplementary Demands, Budget Estimates for Upcoming Years

•Punjab Cabinet approved supplementary demands for grants for 2025-26 and budget estimates for 2026-27.
•The decision was made during a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann at the Vidhan Sabha Secretariat.
•The budget session of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha commenced on Friday, with the state budget scheduled for March 8.
•Cabinet also approved laying audit reports of Comptroller and Auditor General of India and Finance and Appropriation Accounts for 2024-25 in the House.
