Punjab Governor Holds First-of-its-Kind Samaadhaan Shivir in Daddumajra

• Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria held a Samaadhaan Shivir in Daddumajra for residents of Dhanas and Daddumajra, focusing on citizen-centric governance.
• Residents presented grievances on civic amenities, public services, sanitation, water supply, electricity, housing, health, education, and more.
• 76 grievances were received, with 40 personally heard by the Administrator; many issues were resolved on the spot.
• The Administrator launched 'Lok Samadhan' – a Unified Online Grievance Monitoring System (loksamadhan.chd.gov.in) for online grievance registration and tracking.
• Monthly Samaadhaan Shivirs will be held across the city, and the Lok Samadhan portal aims to enhance administrative efficiency and accountability.
