PWD Launches QR Code Boards for Public Feedback on Road Projects

Citizens can access details like road name, length, last strengthening date, and contractor via QR codes.

The system includes a feedback feature for complaints, suggestions, or quality of work experience.

Boards will be installed within seven days of road work completion at high-footfall areas and must remain visible and functional.
