Raajmarg Infra InvIT IPO Skyrockets: NHAI-backed Offer Subscribed 13.74 Times

• The NHAI-sponsored Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust IPO was subscribed 13.74 times on its final bidding day.
• The Rs 6,000-crore IPO received bids for 2,93,14,93,200 units against 21,33,33,150 units on offer.
• Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 19.14 times, while Non-Institutional Investors subscribed 7.26 times.
• Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust raised Rs 1,728 crore from anchor investors including LIC, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, and Bajaj Life Insurance.
• The InvIT aims to monetise National Highway assets and offers a long-term investment instrument, with an initial portfolio of five toll roads in Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.
