Raja Clinches 65kg Gold at Nationals, Jeremy Lalrinnunga Takes Bronze

•Tamil Nadu's M Raja won the men's 65kg gold medal at the National Weightlifting Championships.
•Raja, a Commonwealth Championships silver medallist, lifted a combined 302kg (130kg snatch + 172kg clean and jerk).
•Commonwealth Games champion Jeremy Lalrinnunga settled for bronze with an overall effort of 295kg.
•Charu Pesi of SSCB secured the silver medal with a total of 296kg.
•Services lifter Arumugapandian Maharajan achieved a "double-gold" in Youth and Junior categories with a 282kg lift.
