Rajasthan Police Busts Drug Lab, Seizes 1kg MD Worth Rs 1.60 Cr

• Pratapgarh Police busted an interstate drug manufacturing unit in a hut, seizing mephedrone (MD) worth Rs 1.60 crore.
• Two men, Murad Khan Pathan and Mohammad Junaid, were arrested; two others fled the scene.
• Police recovered 1.897 kg of MD, an induction cooker, mixer, heater, and electronic weighing scale from the makeshift lab.
• The accused had been preparing drugs at the location for two days.
• A loaded pistol, live cartridges, and vehicles were also seized; the racket has links to Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
