Much-awaited Rime bridge over Hijum river in Arunachal Pradesh's West Siang district completed.

The 15-meter bridge, built at Rs 4 crore, ends years of isolation for residents.
•
Constructed under Chief Minister’s Comprehensive State Road Development Plan by PWD.
•
Residents had issued a 'No Bridge, No Vote' ultimatum for 2024 elections in 2023.
•
Project completed in 10 months, well ahead of the 3-year target by contractor Pokpe Rime.
