Rs 70 Lakh Worth of Illicit Liquor Seized in Jharkhand, 3 Arrested

• Jharkhand Police seized Indian-made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) worth Rs 70 lakh in Palamu district.
• The seizure was made from a truck intercepted near Saddiq Manzil Chowk, acting on a tip-off from Chhattisgarh Police.
• 850 cases of liquor were found concealed under coal dust in the truck coming from Chandigarh.
• Three individuals have been arrested, including two from Haryana and Bihar, and one from Jharkhand.
• The liquor was intended for delivery in Medininagar, ahead of municipal elections scheduled later this month.
