RSP Names Four Candidates for Kerala Polls; Fifth Seat Under Discussion

RSP, an ally of the UDF, announced four candidates for the Kerala Assembly elections scheduled for April 9.
•
The Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP) had sought five seats, with the decision on the fifth seat still under discussion.
•
Shibu Baby John will contest from Chavara, Ullas Kovoor from Kunnathur, Vishnu Mohan from Eravipuram, and Santhosh Badran from Attingal.
•
The party is seeking the Kanhangad seat in Kasaragod district, conditional on Congress taking Thrikaripur from Kerala Congress.
•
In the 2021 Assembly election, RSP contested from Mattannur, Eravipuram, and Chavara but failed to win any seats.
