Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ketan Mehta Unite for 'Jai Somnath' Film

• Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali announced his upcoming project “Jai Somnath”, to be directed by Ketan Mehta.
• The film traces the 1025–1026 CE attack by Mahmud of Ghazni on the Somnath Temple in Gujarat.
• “Jai Somnath” commemorates 1000 years since the Ghazni attack and the temple's destruction and resurrection.
• The movie, produced by Bhansali Productions and Maya Movies, is set for a worldwide release in 2027.
• Ketan Mehta is also credited as a writer for the film.
