•Reddy has been directed to surrender within four weeks.
•The court ruled out strangulation and rape, confirming death due to poisoning.
•Pratyusha's mother's plea alleging foul play was also dismissed.
•Reddy was convicted for abetment of suicide; both had consumed pesticide after their families opposed their relationship.
