Shimla DC: No Fuel Shortage Amid LPG Crunch; Urges No Hoarding

•Shimla DC Anupam Kashyap confirmed no shortage of LPG, petrol, or diesel in the district, with supplies continuing uninterrupted.
•He urged residents to avoid unnecessary stockpiling of fuels amid reports of supply issues due to the West Asia conflict.
•Over 8,300 domestic and nearly 500 commercial LPG cylinders are currently available in Shimla district.
•DC Kashyap also directed strengthening garbage collection and launching awareness campaigns around Shimla airport in Jubarhatti.
•Airport management is acquiring cages to capture leopards, and NOCs are mandatory for construction near the airport.
