Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Reports Rs 3,483 Cr Net Loss in Q3 Amid JLR Cyber Incident

• Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPVL) reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 3,483 crore for the third quarter ended December 2025.
• The loss was significantly impacted by a cyber incident at its British arm, Jaguar Land Rover (JLR).
• In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company had posted a net profit of Rs 5,485 crore.
• Consolidated total revenue from operations for Q3 stood at Rs 70,108 crore, down from Rs 94,472 crore in the year-ago period.
• Exceptional items totaling Rs 1,600 crore included Rs 800 crore for the JLR cyber incident, Rs 400 crore for new labour code, and Rs 400 crore for stamp duty.
