TCG CREST Launches New School for Health, Environment & Sustainability Studies

• TCG CREST launched its School of Health, Environment & Sustainability Studies (SHESS) to tackle health system challenges in India and other low/middle-income countries.
• SHESS will offer PhD and postgraduate programs in Health Data Science, Public Health, and Health and Environment Sciences starting August.
• Integrated postgraduate-PhD pathways will be introduced progressively during 2026-27 and 2027-28.
• The school will also provide short-term courses on health technology innovation and disease burden, plus professional diplomas from April 2026.
• SHESS focuses on evidence-based policymaking, climate-linked health impacts, and translating research into real-world health solutions.
