TMC MP Slams Parliament's 'Party Office' Shift, Alleges Opposition Voice Curbs

•TMC MP Saayoni Ghosh claimed "hardly any democracy is left" in Parliament, alleging opposition voices are "curbed."
•Ghosh, during the debate for Om Birla's removal, stated Parliament has become an "advertising platform" instead of a policy-making one.
•She criticized selective treatment, where opposition leaders like Rahul Gandhi and Abhishek Banerjee are restricted.
•Ghosh urged not to turn Parliament into a "party office" and asked the government to stop "step-motherly" treatment of the opposition.
•IUML MP E T Mohammed Basheer supported, saying opposition's freedom of speech is "denied" and many MPs were suspended.
