Two Arrested in Faridabad Telegram Scam, Duped Man of Rs 3.22 Lakh

• Two men, Om Prakash and Devendra, were arrested in Faridabad for allegedly duping a man of Rs 3,22,000 through a Telegram scam.
• The victim, a resident of NIT-5, Faridabad, was lured into a Telegram group via a WhatsApp link with promises of high profits from tasks.
• Fraudsters tricked the victim into transferring Rs 3,22,000 to various bank accounts under the pretext of completing tasks.
• Om Prakash allegedly used a bank account opened in his sister's name, which received Rs 45,000 of the fraudulent money.
• A case was registered at the Cyber Police Station, NIT, and the accused were sent to judicial custody after being produced in court.
