UP Natives Transporting Cattle Assaulted in Kerala's Kasaragod

• Two Uttar Pradesh natives transporting cattle for slaughter were allegedly assaulted with iron rods and stones near Manjeswar, Kasaragod.
• The incident occurred around 1:30 AM, stemming from an argument over the vehicle's unclear number plate.
• Six attackers, reportedly drunk, assaulted the UP natives; four adults have been arrested, and two juveniles are involved.
• A case of attempted murder has been registered against the arrested individuals.
• Manjeswar MLA A K M Ashraf stated it was a "planned attack" intended to cause a riot-like situation.
