•A 40-year-old man, Dhanji Turha, was killed and his brother Bhulan Turha seriously injured in a clash in Reoti town, Ballia, UP.
•The incident occurred Sunday night near a seed warehouse, stemming from a dispute over setting up a vegetable stall.
•Rival groups allegedly attacked each other with sticks and iron rods during the altercation.
•A case has been registered against Sunil Turha, Meena Devi, Aman Sahni, Kudurni Devi, and unidentified persons under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
•Police are actively working to arrest the accused involved in the altercation.
