Uttarakhand: Youth, 2 juveniles held for gang-raping minor girl in Dehradun

•Police arrested Rafi alias Sonu (19) and apprehended two minor boys in Dehradun on Saturday.
•They are accused of gang-raping a 14-year-old girl in a forest area near Haridwar Bypass on Thursday.
•The victim's mother lodged a complaint at Patel Nagar police station, leading to the arrests.
•Accused allegedly lured the girl, administered an intoxicating substance, and then raped her.
•One of the minor accused was previously a tenant at the victim's home, indicating they were known to her.
