Vayona Energy Secures 64.8 MW Wind Turbine Order from Oyster Renewable Energy

• Vayona Energy signed an agreement with Oyster Renewable Energy to supply wind turbines.
• The order is for 64.8 megawatts for a project located in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
• This marks Vayona Energy's first deal since commencing operations on December 1, 2025.
• The agreement includes the supply of 18 SG 3.6-145 (series) wind turbines and a long-term O&M contract.
• Vayona Energy was formerly Siemens Gamesa, acquired by TPG and MAVCO Investments.
