Welder Killed as Tanker Explodes During Repair in Ambala

• A 30-year-old welder, Lakhwinder Singh, died after an empty diesel tanker exploded during repairs on the Ambala-Chandigarh Highway.
• The incident occurred near Baldev Nagar while Singh was welding on top of the vehicle.
• Singh suffered severe burn injuries after falling from the tanker and was declared dead at the Civil Hospital.
