Kia, BPCL Partner to Boost EV Charging Network to 15,000 Points Nationwide

  • Kia India and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) have signed an MoU to expand public EV charging access for Kia customers.
  • The partnership will integrate over 3,000 BPCL charging points into Kia's K-Charge platform, bringing the total network to over 15,000 points.
  • K-Charge, accessible via the MyKia app and Kia India website, allows users to locate, navigate to, and pay for charging digitally.
  • This expansion aims to address EV ownership challenges by providing wider coverage and reducing charging uncertainty for longer trips and highway driving.
  • The MoU was formalized at India Energy Week 2026 in Goa, with integration to be rolled out in phases as Kia expands its EV portfolio in India.
