• Optare Plc manufactures and sells buses and commercial vehicles, with consolidated revenue of ₹1,232.59 crore as of March 31, 2025.
• The funds are earmarked for loan repayment and other business requirements, with completion expected by March 31, 2026.
• Optare Plc is also the holding company for Ashok Leyland's electric vehicle initiatives, including Switch Mobility Limited.
