Clean Max Targets ₹3,000 Crore EBITDA by FY27 Amid AI Power Surge
•
Clean Max aims to nearly double its EBITDA to ₹3,000 crore by FY27, driven by rising AI-led power demand from tech giants in India.
•
The company, which recently debuted on exchanges, currently has an annualised EBITDA run rate of ₹1,800 crore with 3,000 MW commissioned capacity.
•
Managing Director Kuldeep Jain expects to add another 1,500 MW of contracted capacity to achieve the FY27 target.

Clean Max uses a 'build-to-contract' model for corporate clients, earning premium tariffs of ₹3.76-3.80 per unit, higher than the industry average.
•
IPO proceeds of ₹1,123 crore will repay high-cost debt, reducing net debt-to-EBITDA from 9.4 times to around five times.
