Nestlé Proposes Former Swiss Central Bank Chief, P&G Executive for Board
- •Nestlé plans to elect new Board members at its Annual General Meeting on April 16, 2026.
- •Ma. Fatima D. (Fama) Francisco, CEO of P&G’s Global Baby, Feminine and Family Care business, and Thomas Jordan, former chairman of the Swiss National Bank, are proposed.
- •Chair Pablo Isla stated these additions will sharpen consumer insights and reinforce financial/strategic capabilities, calling it a governance upgrade.
- •Francisco brings decades of global consumer goods experience, while Jordan led Switzerland’s central bank from 2012 to 2024.
- •Nestlé is also reshaping its board committees, expanding the Sustainability Committee and creating a new Audit and Finance Committee.
