Waaree Renewable Secures 420 MWp Solar EPC Order; FY28 Completion Targeted

•Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd signed an EPC contract for a 300 MWac/420 MWp ground-mounted solar PV plant.
•The project is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2027-28 (FY28).
•The company recently acquired a 55% stake in Associated Power Structures Ltd for ₹1,225 crore.
•Waaree Renewable reported a 124.74% YoY rise in Q3 FY26 PAT to ₹120.19 crore and 136.18% revenue growth.
•For 9M FY26, revenue surged 98.81% to ₹2,229.03 crore, with PAT up 138.92% to ₹322.93 crore.
