Hyundai invests $6.3B in AI, robots, hydrogen to rival Tesla's Optimus with Atlas

• Hyundai Motor Co. will invest 9 trillion won ($6.3 billion) in South Korea for an AI data center, robot factory, and hydrogen plant.

• Hyundai's Atlas humanoid robot, developed by Boston Dynamics, will target repetitive industrial tasks by 2028, expanding to complex assembly work by 2030.
