Park Hotels to Raise ₹350 Cr from Kolkata Residence Project with Ambuja Neotia Group

• The project, 'The Park Unizen', is a collaboration with Ambuja Neotia Group and marks their first joint venture.
• Proceeds from the residential project will fund an upcoming 218-key luxury hotel on the same 3.35-acre land parcel.
• Both the residential and hotel projects are targeted for completion by 2030.
• The residential component has seen strong market response, with 25 out of 35 apartments in the first block already booked.
