PRAGATI Accelerates Power Projects: ₹10.53 Lakh Crore Worth Reviewed, Stalled Projects Revived

• PRAGATI platform has reviewed 237 power sector projects worth ₹10.53 lakh crore across all levels, expediting their implementation.
• Prime Minister's review covered 53 power projects valued at ₹4.12 lakh crore, including transmission, thermal, hydro, and coal mining.
• 43 stalled projects worth approximately ₹3 lakh crore have been restarted, with others in advanced stages of commissioning.
• Major projects like Gadarwara, Lara, Parvati-II, Pare, Kameng, Tehri, and Khetri-Narela were expedited under PRAGATI.
• Over 90% (2,958 out of 3,162) project issues, primarily related to land acquisition, environmental clearances, and right-of-way, have been resolved.
