• A magnitude 3.7 earthquake struck Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, at 7:32 AM on Friday, with its epicenter in Gonda.
• The National Centre for Seismology (NCS) reported the earthquake at a depth of 10 kilometers.
• Light tremors of a 4.0-magnitude earthquake were also felt in Namchi, Sikkim, earlier on Friday at a shallow depth of 5 km.
• On February 4, parts of Kolkata experienced shaking due to earthquake activity in neighboring regions like Myanmar, Bangladesh, and Tibet.
