•DTC buses off roads until 2 pm, then 25% fleet; Namo Bharat services unavailable until 5 pm, then 5 pm-10 pm.
•Kanpur, Lucknow, Agra, and Patna Metros to begin services from 2:30 pm on Holi with revised closing times.
•Jaipur Metro had partial closure on March 3; North Western Railway operated 35 Holi special trains.
•Passengers advised to check official apps/websites for updated timings due to safety and operational adjustments.
