Pune Metro to Connect Airport Directly: Ramwadi-Wagholi Route Finalized

•Pune Metro will connect Lohgaon airport directly via the Ramwadi-Wagholi route, with a practical alignment finalized.
•Metro work on Vanaz-Chandni Chowk and Ramwadi-Wagholi corridors is expected to begin soon.
•The Hinjewadi–Shivajinagar metro corridor is 94% complete, with 13 stations set to be ready by April end.
•Union Minister Murlidhar Mohol directed officials to prepare a DPR for the Khadakwasla-Hinjewadi metro corridor.
•Airport road expansion, runway discussions, river rejuvenation, and several memorial projects also reviewed.
