Drunk Women Attack Cab Driver, Police with Helmet in Bengaluru

• Two heavily intoxicated young women, Liza (19) and Amran Mathew (18), created a public disturbance in Bengaluru.
• The incident began after their scooter collided with a stationary taxi on Sir M Visvesvaraya Road.
• Cab driver Ahmed Gurkar was assaulted with hands and a helmet after asking for compensation for vehicle damage.
• The women resisted intervention from residents and police, shouting abuses and making obscene gestures.
• It took nearly 15 police personnel and 15 minutes to detain the women, who continued to resist and abuse from the police vehicle.
