UP Honour Killing: Eloped Couple Lured Back, Brutally Murdered in Public View

• A young couple, Shivani Kumari (19) and Deepak Kumar (23), who eloped and married, were brutally murdered in Etah district, Uttar Pradesh.
• The incident, suspected to be an honour killing, occurred on January 11 in Gadhiya Suhagpur village, where the couple's throats were slit by Shivani's family members.
• Shivani's family had lured her back home on January 10; Deepak came to meet her the next day when the attack took place.
• Three accused, Shivani's father Ashok Kumar, mother Vitoli Devi, and sister Shilpi, have been arrested, while her brothers Satish and Jabar Singh Vikas are absconding.
