ECB Warns Franchises Against Discriminating Pakistani Players in The Hundred Auction

•England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) reminded The Hundred franchises about anti-discrimination responsibilities.
•Concerns arose that some franchises might ignore Pakistani players in the upcoming auction.
•Four franchises (Manchester Super Giants, MI London, Southern Brave, SunRisers Leeds) are under scrutiny.
•These franchises are majorly owned by Indian businesses, raising fears of a 'shadow ban' similar to the IPL.
•ECB could escalate concerns to an independent regulator or impose sanctions if rules are breached.
