• Justice Niral R. Mehta set aside the election officer's decision to accept nominations of More, Amul Jikar, Anant Indulkar, and Amar Petiwale.
• The High Court directed the election officer to proceed with the election process and declare results, granting the disqualified individuals two weeks to appeal.
• Petitioners Pradeepsinh Solanki and Ramchandra Prajapati had challenged the nominations, citing the September 2022 Supreme Court judgment on BCCI reforms.
