  • Samra broke Paul Stirling's record, who was 20 years and 196 days old when he scored his century.
  • He is also the first cricketer from an associate nation and the youngest to score a century in an ICC Men’s T20 World Cup match.
  • Despite his 110-run knock, Canada lost to New Zealand by 8 wickets after posting 173 runs.
