• A husband shot his friend, Balasaheb Nandkumar Ukirde, in Kusulamb, Barshi, after the friend messaged his wife.
• The incident occurred around 5 PM on Thursday; Ukirde, 24, is currently undergoing treatment.
• Yogesh Bhaskar More, 28, and three accomplices are absconding, with police actively searching for them.
• Attackers also threatened villagers and Ukirde's family, collected bullet casings and a rod, then fled to Pune.
• Ukirde, who practices for police recruitment and runs a fodder business, survived the attack.
