PM Modi to Address Post-Budget Webinar on Education, Skills, AVGC Economy

• PM Modi will speak at a post-budget webinar on March 9, titled ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling Aspirations of People: Education, Skills and University Townships’.
• The webinar will discuss key initiatives from the Union Budget 2026–27, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, academics, startups, and students.
• PM Modi's address will explain the vision behind the budget initiative for the AVGC–creator economy, combining creativity, culture, and technology.
• Ministry of Information and Broadcasting will host a session on setting up AVGC Content Creator Labs (CCLs) in 15,000 schools and 500 higher education institutions.
• CCLs aim to nurture creative talent, strengthen India’s Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics (AVGC) sector, and build skilled creators for the Orange Economy.
