AIADMK, NDA Leaders Head to Delhi for Crucial Tamil Nadu Seat-Sharing Talks

AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami travels to Delhi to negotiate with Union Home Minister Amit Shah for Tamil Nadu Assembly polls.
•
Other NDA leaders, including R Anbumani of PMK, T T V Dhinakaran of AMMK, and TN BJP chief Nainar Nagenthiran, will also meet Shah.
•
The BJP, despite its limited electoral significance in Tamil Nadu, is playing a key role in the alliance negotiations.
•
The BJP is seeking around 55 seats for itself and its allies, while AIADMK is willing to offer 40 seats in total.
•
AIADMK aims to contest 165-170 seats, with BJP likely getting 27-30 seats, AMMK about 8, and PMK 17-18 seats.
