Kerala Unveils 10-Foot Statue, Grand Musical Tribute to S. P. Balasubrahmanyam

• Kerala honored legendary S. P. Balasubrahmanyam with a grand tribute in Palakkad on March 31, 2026.
• A 10-foot statue of S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, created by Unni Kanayi, was unveiled by M. M. Keeravani and S. P. B. Charan at V. T. Bhattathiripad Cultural Complex.
• Plans are underway to develop the area into a musical park dedicated to his legacy.
• Sangeetha Megham, a concert by SAMAM, featured top South Indian artists like Hariharan, K. S. Chithra, and S. P. B. Charan at Fort Maidan.
• S. P. B. Charan expressed deep emotion, stating he had never witnessed such a grand tribute to his father, while Rajinikanth sent a special video message.
