Iran War: Death Toll Soars Across West Asia After US-Israel Strikes

•Over 1,200 killed in Iran, including 200 women and 200 children, with 10,000 injured, according to Iran's health ministry.
•HRANA reports at least 1,708 deaths in Iran, including 1,205 civilians and 194 children.
•Israel reports 13 deaths, including 11 from Iranian missile strikes and 2 soldiers in southern Lebanon.
•Lebanon's health ministry confirms 486 deaths and 1,313 wounded, with 3 Lebanese soldiers also killed.
•23 deaths reported in Gulf states, including 7 US service members; 16 pro-Iran fighters and 3 others killed in Iraq.
