Rs 7,500 Cr Boost: Jewar Airport, Ujjain To Get Direct Link To Delhi-Mumbai Expressway

•Union Cabinet approved Rs 7,500 crore highway projects to expand the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway's feeder network.
•New projects will establish direct connectivity from Jewar International Airport and Ujjain to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
•Jewar project (31.42 km, Rs 3,630.77 crore) includes an 11 km elevated stretch, enhancing high-speed access for NCR to the airport.
•Ujjain project (80 km, Rs 3,839.42 crore) provides a four-lane corridor to Timrawani interchange, reducing travel time to Mahakaleshwar Temple.
•These strategic links integrate airports, pilgrimage sites, and economic hubs, boosting logistics and regional connectivity.
