PSL credibility hit as Dasun Shanaka leaves for IPL; fans frustrated
•Sri Lanka all-rounder Dasun Shanaka has left the Pakistan Super League (PSL) to join the Indian Premier League (IPL).
•Shanaka was signed by Lahore Qalandars but is reportedly close to accepting a deal with Rajasthan Royals (RR) as a replacement for Sam Curran.
•Despite being snubbed at the IPL auction, Shanaka was sold to Qalandars for PKR 75 lakhs, but the IPL deal is expected to be more lucrative.
•Shanaka is not the first player to leave PSL for IPL; Blessing Muzarabani, Spencer Johnson, Gudakesh Motie, and Ottneil Baartman have also withdrawn.
•Pakistani fans express frustration, citing constant talent exodus hurting PSL's credibility and calling for a shift in tournament dates to avoid clashes with IPL.
